This set includes Rachel Ashwell's Beecroft sofa & armchair, Kentucky Tobacco Stake Star deco, newspaper wrapped lilac, a coffee table and Ruffled Hoopskirt Hanging Shade. These were converted from TS3 version.

EDIT Jan. 13, 2012: I've fixed the file of armchair to make it recolorable. Please re-download the fixed file and overwrite the older one. Sorry for inconvenience.

Do not use any of my meshes and textures to make custom contents for The Sims 3 without my permission. If you plan to do it, ask me first.
Do not modify any of my meshes without my permission. If you plan to do it, please ask me first.
Do not upload any of my files to Exchange.
You may include my recolor or mesh files in your lot creations unchanged, as long as the lot is free.
You may recolor my meshes, and you may upload the meshes along with your recolors, as long as your recolors are free.
